We are excited to welcome you to our second FREE health and wellbeing Feel Good Festival event in Ruskin Park.

Join lots of free wellbeing activities and stalls in the beautiful, natural environment of the park

Free smoothies & food pantry

• Free sessions of Yoga, Tai Chi, Movement to Music and Mindfulness

• Gardening workshops: wellbeing & edible gardening, composting, or join a Wellbeing Tree Walk

• Arts for wellbeing workshops – for all ages

Free music, henna tattoos, face painting & drumming. 

• Health support & checks from the Lambeth Health & Wellbeing Bus – vital mini-health check, physical and mental health advice from the NHS. 

• Stalls for life coaching, tech support, physio advice and horticulture courses

All free for all the community.
