Feel Good Festival at Ruskin Park July 2023

SE5 Forum’s Feel Good Festival on Camberwell Green last summer was a fantastic success and attracted nearly 1000 visitors.

This summer, we are inviting all the community in Camberwell to our Feel Good Festival 2023 with two free health and wellbeing events.

• Come down for free food, music, henna and face painting

• Stay to join in free taster sessions for all ages: from exercise, yoga, tai chi, chair-based exercise and roller skating, to arts and crafts, nutrition and children’s tasty treats workshops and community gardening.

• Get essential community health support – with food banks and pantries, and vital mini-health checks, mental health advice and signposting from the NHS.

All free for all the community.

The festival brings together local organisations and charities, health professionals, food banks and pantries, health organisations and volunteers, all offering their services for free.
