Merry Opera have been produced a staged Messiah and has been touring since 2011.
Their 100th performance was in November 2019 in the Isle of Dogs, and we will be touring this autumn. We are delighted they will be coming to St Giles on Remembrance Sunday for a fitting tribute.
Handel’s Messiah needs no introduction, but you’ve never seen it like this before. Merry Opera have created a staged performance. No choirs standing still with leather folders the cast will be all around the church, with accompaniment on the Organ.
