Lucas Gardens – Sunday 19th May at 2.30pm
All abilities and ages are welcome • Materials provided
Come and draw the Lucas Gardens’ Mulberry (or one of the other fine specimen trees nearby). Artist David More, professional tree illustrator and local resident will be leading the event.

This is the first in a new series of events celebrating local mulberry trees round Camberwell.
Join us as we draw from nature, have fun gardening, share picnics and listen to music in the shade of different mulberry trees in the area.
Paper, pencils and charcoal will be provided, as will clipboards. We recommend that you bring a blanket or stool if you want to avoid sitting on damp grass.
Meet us at 2.30pm by the main gates to Lucas Gardens on Peckham Road, SE5 8NX.
If weather makes this outdoor activity impractical, we will reschedule. But we will email all participants by 10am on the day.
These events are organised by the Camberwell Trees and Green Spaces group. We are co-sponsored by the Camberwell Society and SE5 Forum for Camberwell.
