Yoga for Runners 4-week Workshop

Join Colly for a warm-up & gentle 20-min jog around Ruskin Park before enjoying the many benefits yoga has to offer for a better running performance in the Carnegie Library.
We’ll be looking at injury prevention & muscle recovery, core stability for better endurance, ankle mobility & outer hip strength, as well as breathwork, pre, during & after running.
Very much open to beginners to runners and yoga alike.

Why not join the free Tuesday night run club accompanying this. In partnership with Camberwell’s physio clinic Support & Sustain, we’ll be meeting at 7pm on Tuesdays in their back garden for a 20-min advice session on warming up and injury prevention, before enjoying a gentle 20-min jog. Again, open to all.
