Join me for a mid week Vinyasa Flow Wednesday August 9th @ 9.45am.
This class is a nice all rounder available for all levels. Classes involve a flow through a sequence of postures synchronised with the breath.
Yogis attending a class can expect:
An environment that is both relaxed and relaxing
A physical practice with modifications offered to accommodate different levels
An emphasis on mindfulness, linking breath and movement to steady the mind and achieve a stronger, happier body.
