Support and Sustain
A free 4-week run club led by Colly in partnership with Support and Sustain and accompaniment to his 4-week Yoga for Runners workshop series at the Carnegie Library.
Meeting at 7pm on Tuesdays at Support and Sustain to enjoy a 20-min advice session on warming up and injury prevention before a gentle and open to all 20-min jog.
